Returns & cancellation policy

Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying the British Alpaca Fashion Company either by email or fax within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.

You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of date of invoice to our mail order at the address provided below. You must then return the goods to us at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached.

Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept their return. we will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.

If you need to return any item, please wrap securely (enclose your order number & proof of purchase) and send to:

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is your responsibility as a customer to return items to British Alpaca Fashion Company and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
